Have used this moisturizer for years, and LOVE how it feels! Has made a huge difference for my combination skin. But I don't love that the new bottle is 1 oz smaller (formerly 2.5 oz) yet costs the same as the old size.

My skin feels brilliant after adding this serum. I'm 54 and my skin feels nice and firm when I use this after the fantastic face wash followed by face balm (now gel moisturizer).

And you get less product for more $.

It's a great product, like everything UM. Disappointing they are following the typical "big business" model. I remember the start-up days when delivering a great product at an affordable price was important to them. Sad.

The "one two three" for me: vitamin c serum; golden hour; fortifying face balm. Works great for MN winter. And it smells wonderful.

Great product. Been using for years but the rebrand with a product half the size and now $2 more is ridiculous. Loved this brand but they’re getting too corporate. What Vermonter can afford this? Found some great natural alternatives for half the cost with small businesses. Sad they are prioritizing profit. Not very Vermont of them.

Don't get me wrong here, I have loved this product for many years and will continue to do so.

But you guys must be kidding with this rebranding technique... so yeah, you discontinued, or renamed to be more precise, the Fortifying Face Balm, so you can now charge 5% more (38$ previously compared to 40$ now) for 36% less (2.5FL before 1.6FL now) of the same product as before. So combined, that represent nearly a 40% reduction in value for the customer.

That's quite an increase, don't you think?

I can still afford your products, even with such a substantial increase, but it makes me question about the consideration you give to your customers today and moving forward.

I've been using this for years (I have a subscription), and it's a great moisturizer. I'm disappointed that the price per ounce has gone up about 66%. I understand that the glass bottle costs more, and I can accept that. The marketing materials say that bottle cost has gone up 33%, though, which makes the remaining 33% increase sound like it's just added profit. I hope there's something else going on to explain that change.

I loved the older version of this product, but the new one in a glass bottle costs more money for half the amount of product. Won't be using again unless the price comes down.

I need that product in a plastic Bottle, as bevor with more liquid.

I just love this stuff - it’s not greasy or heavy, and it feels great first thing in the morning. But . . . The “new” one is much smaller, for a little more money! Not crazy about that part.
