How do I reach Gold or Diamond status?

If your account is less than 2 months old you are eligible for fast track. You must spend $95 to reach Gold status and $295 to reach Diamond within 2 months of signing up.

Otherwise you are no longer eligible for fast track and within the calendar year must spend $350 to reach Gold status and $1,000 to reach Diamond.

How do I know if my account is eligible for fast track?

Accounts that are less than 2 months old are eligible for fast track. It will be specified on the loyalty status page if your account is eligible for fast track, along with days remaining on fast track and adjusted spend targets. If you aren’t sure if your account is eligible, please contact us.

How long does my loyalty status last for?

Your loyalty status will last for 1 year after reaching the tier (this does NOT apply to fast track). For example, if you reach Gold in 2023, your will remain Gold through the end of 2024. However, if you achieve your loyalty status through fast track, that status will only apply for the remainder of the current calendar year. In a fast track example, if you reach Gold status in 2023 through fast track (spending only $95), but don’t get to the normal $350 in annual spend by end of year, your loyalty status will be Gold for 2023, then reset to Silver in 2024.

When will I receive points for my order?

You will receive points for your order after it has been delivered. Points will be in a pending state until then. If an order is cancelled, the pending points will be cancelled. If an order is delivered then returned, the points obtained from that order will be deducted from your account.

How can I earn free sample boxes?

You can unlock up to 5 free sample boxes a year! Earn 2 boxes when you unlock Gold status and get 3 more when you reach Diamond including 2 deluxe samples per box! View and redeem your free boxes from your account loyalty page.

If a sample for a product is locked, can I still order the full size version?

Yes! You can order the full size version of any product listed on airshop, only samples are locked by loyalty tiers.

What can I redeem my points for? How can I see what I can redeem?

You can redeem points for any full size product or deluxe samples! You can see what full size products you can redeem by going to any full size category page and selecting the toggle “Pay with points”. This can also be done on the cart page.

Can I receive points for sampling products?

Yes! You will receive 1 bonus point for each sample you rate. To rate your samples, go to the menu in the top left, then click the link.
