Where does airshop currently deliver to?

Are the samples really free?
Yes, you can pick from 5,000+ free samples to try before you buy the full-size products. Just cover the nominal shipping fee, or also include $20+ worth of full-size products.
Are your beauty products cruelty-free?
We offer a range of cruelty-free brands. You can filter your search to find products that align with your values.
How do I get the 20% off full-size products?
Once you've sampled a product, you can rate your samples. You'll be given one 'Super Like' to automatically unlock a 20% discount on that item for purchasing the full-size version.
What will I get in my airshop sample order?
You will receive the samples you selected. Some will be in airshop sample packaging and list the brand and ingredients, some will be in the brands custom sample packaging (subject to their availability). You will also receive a printed list of the products with QR codes that link back to the individual product pages that will help keep you organized as you sample your products.
How do I know these products are authentic?
We source directly from the brands or authorized distributors, ensuring you receive genuine, high-quality products.
What does shipping and delivery cost?
Sample delivery is free if you include over $20 in additional products. If you don't want to add anything else to your sample delivery, its $9.99 for standard shipping.
How is airshop different from retail beauty stores?
With airshop, you try before you buy from the comfort of your home, eliminating high-pressure sales tactics and artificial lighting for testing.
How long will my order take to deliver?
Standard delivery will take 3-5 business days.
Can I order more than one sample of the same product?
You can order one samples of the same product, but multiple colors/shades/styles per product so you can figure out which variations is best for you.
How often do you add new samples and products?

How do I track my order?
You will receive a text and email updates of the order and when it is in transit and on it's way.
Is this a subscription?
No. This is a one time order and you will not be automatically billed in the future for any reason. You can order as many sample boxes as you want!
What's your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your full-size product, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Sample products are not eligible for returns.
