How to use

Apply a pearl sized amount to damp palm. Use fingertips to create a creamy-rich foam, adding a small amount of water. Apply foam on to face and massage gently in a circular motion. Rinse thoroughly. Use morning and night as the first step in your Nutri-Define ritual.

Great product terrible customer service

I love these products but their customer service is extremely lacking. I have sent at least 4 emails in the last 6 months. 3 regarding help with products and 1 regarding an order. I have heard nothing back on any of the emails. I have also attempted to call and was sent to voicemail which was also never answered. As much as I am paying for these products I would expect better service. I will be researching other products that actually care about the people who use their products.

I use Jurlique products for over 15 years and all of them are really good, like switching up btw skin cleansers. Skin feels deeply cleansed when I use cleansing foam with the brush but it's not too abrasive or irritating.
