Remember when eclipse came out, and RF was trying to say that it was a black that you could use as a liner? The OG girls will remember that. Anyway, it wasn’t. This is a true inky black. I love their liners, and I find that a little water and an angled brush works very well at providing a precise cat eye.

The pigment payoff is great! This product is definitely geared towards smoked out and smudged liner looks, but it still applies beautifully with an angled brush

Get it, just get it. The color is gorgeous and rich. A perfect, dark, moody red. It’s wonderful as an eyeliner, of course, but it works just as well on the cheeks, lips, and as an eyeshadow. I would die to have this as a lipliner. Love that it is unscented. Wonderful product, more colors please!!

No scent, no essential oil, killer packaging, silky, velvet feel, and true inky blackness: it’s perfect! You need a decent brush for eyeliner application, I use some micro painting brushes from Trekell usually. I used to use KVD tattoo liner and will never go back. Love how I can use this creatively other places and only wish there were more colors!

This is a great product for smoky looks as an eyeliner as well as a shadow. You can get a graphic line or a smudgey, smoky shadow on the lid. Iron is a great name for this shade; it's very rusty. A tad more brown than I had hoped, but that's the way it is online, and no one's fault. It may wear longer on dry skin and eyelids, but it's not a longwear formula and I don't think it's meant to be. Hooded eyes may also have a tougher time getting it to stay put. If you like that lived-in, rock show look, this is your product.

I am never going back to another shade. All eyes will look amazing in this. It's a beautiful dark red that doesn't play too much into brown, so it is highly adjustable to apply. My eyes are mesmerizing in this shade and it gives at once a done up AND a lived in look. Use it as eye shadow, smoked out for the "cold girl" or "cry girl" effect, base layer for other shadows to POP, tight lined to accentuate your natural color, and winged to add color. I have also applied it to my lips and it is an amazing tool for monochromatic looks. No one else makes a red this amazing and versatile.

Pros:
Versatile (able to be precise or smudged out)
Great color
Easy to maneuver until it sets
Touching it (eye rubbing) make it look more lived in
Took a nap in it and my tiny eye wings were gone but it didn't mess up the eye look; aka fades amazingly

Cons:
It is not "cry proof" but see above that it fades/rubs off "cleanly"
Need a good liner brush to use if you want precision
