I like the formula. It dries fast but not very fast. The brush is crazy! Hard to maneuver and it keeps hitting the eyelashes looking like clumpy mascara. If you have any tips to avoid this. I really like to like this product.

I dont like the brush, its hard to use. Cant maneuver it without messing. Product is good, gel-cream like consistency. It smudge. But for the price, dont argue! I like the black color. It goes matte when dry. If your looking for a cheap beginner liquid liner, this is it. I might use a different brush for this and it will work fine.H2O Proof Liquid Eyeliner

My go to! My eyes tend to water after I put on my makeup grrr!! I started using this because I hated my winged liner getting messed up. This stays in place and holds for hours and hours.

I liked this eyeliner, it is very durable, I liked the
finish that leaves in matte does not move or dry out, I highly recommend it because it stops lasting it does not run, It helped me to be able to make the black lines, so that it was easier to achieve the look

This eyeliner is cost effective and great for a short time wear. If you plan of having a long day it may flake off. I was playing around with Halloween makeup and decided to use this eyeliner as my black outline base. It went on smooth dried fast and as the cream make up came off with my makeup remover wipe and cleanser the eyeliner remained in place! It did come off easily with a cleansing oil. I was impressed because I’ve worked waterproof mascaras that would still run.

This is my favorite eyeliner of all time. I have been wearing eyeliner since middle school and I have tried so many different ones but this one is the best. It is easy to apply due to the hard tip and is very opaque. Also great price!

I really like this product because it I water proof meaning that it is long lasting. The only thing that I would improve the applicator. The packaging is small and cute and I would definitely buy it again.

I've been using this eyeliner for months and I absolutely love it. I'm a very busy person so usually i have no time in the morning to put makeup on, so I was looking for a liner i could sleep in and still look stunning in the morning, and this is it my friends. i admit, probably not the healthiest thing to do, but it works and i look great with little to no touch ups

Ugh, okay. So, I will say before I start my review, I suck at putting liquid eyeliner on. But, I was looking for a decent waterproof eyeliner (because allergies make my eyes water constantly—that’s it for living in TX!) and I found this. I think it was around $4 at Walmart. It is for sure waterproof but does NOT dry fast. I tried it a couple times before reviewing and let my eyes stay closed for 30 seconds before opening at it was still wet. And, one it is where it’s not supposed to be, it’s a pain to scrub off! Ugh!!!!! I try to avoid using this eyeliner but needed it today....so, have waterproof miscellar water or makeup remover handy. This eyeliner is a doozy!

I would rate this eyeliner well overall in terms of pigmentation and lasting power throughout the day. I am not as much a fan of the brush/tip style as it is stuff and painted rather than soft and pointed, which can make it a little harder to use to make a smoothly blended line. Good tip for doing winged eyeliner with though, in my opinion. Good value for money and pretty good product overall!
