Ever since I was a young one, my mom would use Vaseline to remove her makeup. A simple cotton swab, dipped in Vaseline is a perfect tool to remove under eye black circles from mascara, and also as a treatment for small dry skin patches! I received a sample of Vaseline for free, however my opinions are 100% my own. Vaseline is a tried and true makeup remover for me!
