I used this product once and followed the directions exactly as they were written on the package. When the ten minutes were up I flipped to the rough side, as instructed, and gently massaged my chin (the area I used it on) for gentle exfoliation. Within a couple of minutes I started feeling a slight burn so I rinsed it with cold water thinking it might have been a little too harsh. Then the pain got really bad, I touched the area and it was wet, what I quick realized was plasma. I looked in the mirror and saw the area was bright read with yellow crusting. I recognized this as the early signs of a chemical burn. Then next morning I woke up with more crust and the beginning of a blister forming over the area.

I have used many pore cleaning products and love benefit but this one does not do anything! Nothing at all! Pores are not cleaned and there is nothing on the sheet when I take it off, which means it did not pull out any black or white heads. Hate this product. No imprvement to skin at all

The first package I opened didn't have a mask in it. Then after using the mask my face felt tight and that was about it. Pores didn't look clean at all.

i got this as a gift from my sister for my birthday, and i love it! the gel is so lightweight, it's really comfortable and works alone as a primer. it visibly minimizes the pores, and lasts so long. i used the gel without foundation, just some concealer spots, and my concealer stayed on all night and into the next day. my pores stayed small and filled in, and this was all after a long night of partying and then falling asleep. love it!

With the mask situation of nowadays, not wearing a lot of face makeup has become a regular for me. I literally only wear this gel! It instantly mattes my oily face - also another reason why I liked foundation and my setting powder, it kept my oil at bay. This gel product keeps me matte for 12 hours and it's so lightweight and does not clog pores. I have sensitive skin so this is very important. I bought this product with like the last of my wages to treat myself as I have combination skin that's oily around my nose and chin and forehead, watched YouTube videos about it etc... I wore with three different types of foundations that ranged from 60.00 to 8.00. I am shocked that for the price I paid this doesn't not do anything infact I have found that drugstore primers do better than this, my makeup slid off. My makeup would pile in puddles around my nose and chin. I had an itch on my chin, scratched it lightly and half of my foundation came off with it, it's disappointing inting and I won't be buying it again, also my pores still looked massive.

I am a makeup newbie who just started exploring various products and brands last summer. I was introduced to Benefit Cosmetics through the ipsy Glam Bag subscription, and I decided to try out more products in mini form. The first time I used this I was hooked! The pores on my nose bother me because they stand out so much so I tend to use my concealer to cover up my nose during my makeup routine. However, after discovering this product I have been able to cut down on full coverage. I couple this product with the POREfessional Primer, and I feel that my skin looks so great! Also, any makeup applied on top adheres very well.
