How to use
- Dry the teeth.
- Place the whitening strip on the lower teeth first and then onto the top teeth.
- Leave the strips in place for 1 hour.
- Afterwards, remove the strips and brush away any residual gel with your wet toothbrush (no toothpaste needed).
- Apply the gum comforting oil to your gums and teeth leave in place for 5 minutes before rinsing with water.
- Repeat every day for 2 weeks.
