I found this by accident at a department store and absolutely love it. It hydrates and smooths my fine, thin hair wonderfully and I can tell a difference in the health of my hair since I've used it. This is a permanent addition to my hair care products.

I just bought this and so far it performs okay, but I HATE the smell. It smells like artificial fragrance like you would find in a cheap drugstore hairspray. I would rather it just smell like honey and yogurt, or something more natural. Probably won't repurchase solely due to the smell.

This leave-in, something I picked up on a whim because I'm always searching for anything to keep my hair under control, is AMAZING! I have curly, dry hair and usually have to use a ton of products and then my hair is still awful as the day wears on. With this leave-in, I don't even have to use any other product. That means no curl serum or curl mousse or curl gel or curl goo of any kind. Just this leave-in. I can't tell you how happy this makes me. And the price is incredible. (I've only been using it a few days now...hopefully I still like it a month or two or three or years from now!)

I originally bought this because it was on sale at Target. I've spent much more on other reconstruction products like olaplex and Moroccan oil and those don't compare to this. It smells great, very lightweight (I have fine 2B hair with high porosity that gets weighted down easily with most products), and actually brought out more waves and curls! The spray-bottle-style does allow for more even application. All n all it left me with beautiful soft beach waves:)

I’ve tried other leave in conditioners from shea moisture in the past but none of them really worked for me. However, this one is amazing! I’m always excited to use it after washing my hair. I have thin straight hair that splits so easily. I spray this all over my hair and it leaves my hair so moisturized but never oily. And the smell is to die for! I use this after every wash and use the protein treatment of the same line once a week which I also love and has visibly improved the health of my hair.

This keeps my hair soft and fresh when used on wash day and some times in between. I dont use it daily since it contains hydrolized wheat protein that could get the hair feeling crunchy or dry if used to much, especially if you have low porosity hair. I have medium porosity hair, relaxed 4C.

This is the best leave in conditioner I have tried on my dry, lightened, thick, curly hair! I repurchase this time and time again because I cannot live without it. The smell is *chefs kiss*, it's lightweight, and overall a miracle product. I have tried all the products in the Hydrate + Repair line and this product is by far the best. If you haven't tried it, you must!

I am so happy to have been given the chance to try this product, since it’s not something I even knew I needed! I have curly hair that relaxes to a loose, frizzy wave if I don’t do anything with it, and I’ve found this to be a wonderful leave-in conditioner to help keep the frizz down and make my curls extremely smooth without weighing them down. My favorite way to use it is as a curl refresher — I mix this with some water and scrunch it into my second-day hair, which helps bring some ringlets back without frizzing. The smell is wonderful yet light, so it doesn’t overpower any perfume I might use. It is also a good-sized bottle, so I could see this lasting several months — if not longer — with daily use. Honestly, I cannot think of any negatives to speak of. Would recommend for all hair textures and types!

I have very fine and thin hair so this is probably not the best product for me. If I use more than 7 or so sprays (which didn’t feel like enough to coat my hair) my hair would look dirty. I felt like it wasn’t enough product to actually get any conditioning benefit, but I still saw the con of having dirty looking hair. I feel like this would be a great leave in conditioner for people who do not have fine and/or thin hair though.

I didn’t love using this on me but I used it on my daughter. She swims a lot so her hair is damaged and this is such a game changer!
