I am very disappointed that I have been unable to find a replacement full jaw nipper so I opted for the half jaw nipper. It is extremely sharp, surgically sharp in fact. Unable to use these in the same fashion as the Full Jaw Nipper. Quite different from the usable and reliable full jaw nipper that I had for several years, replacing them from time to time. Something in the manufacturing has changed, not for the better. Very disappointed at paying $20.99 plus tax at Walgreens.

Spring weakened and cracked and became useless within a year. The jaws were not properly aligned and did not cut cleanly. So useless.

I bought these nippers from a renowned brand like Revlon thinking that it would be a success, but unfortunately, for my surprise, it just doesn’t work, it doesn’t get rid of cuticles and if I’m not careful, I risk getting hurt when I use it because of such poor cut. Worst thing is that I can’t even return it since, obviously, I’ve used it already, and it was expensive!! My previous nipper, from a generic brand, did the job better than this.

The spring is brittle and breaks as others have said. They seem to last only a fre months until the spring snaps. I'd like to buy replacement springs. Where can I order a 10 pack? I'd rather replace the springs than add another nipper to the landfill.

For customers who don't know how to swing out the "spring arm" I understand their low ratings. Once you take a look at the product, flip out the little "lever" on the inside arm and it will spring back after each clip. These work as intended .

Have had several set of these. get em now happy as a clam... Then BAM. the spring snaps off! Really you would think it would be impossible to break the spring!

As good as the cuticle nippers are, the spring design and material are just as bad as turns too soft with use and breaks after three or four times. This is the second one purchased with same results. Please be advised, until either Revlon authorizes stronger material for spring or finds another third party manufacturer I would not recommend purchasing this Revlon product. I have always trusted the Revlon brand and hope they can make value added changes to restore faith in purchases.

This nipper is very easy to use and cuts so cleanly. I’m very satisfied and look forward to at-home manicures now! :) I would totally recommend this product.

I have ben for ages using revlon cuticle trimmer. I felt it was time to replace my 15 year old trimmer. Had the worse experience ever. The trimmer has no spring and after every cut it will stay shut and you have to manually open it everytime. Time to rethink and Go back to your old trimmer. I rather pay more and get quality than get this!
