unhappy with product and poor customeer service re: return

I have contacted Philip B several times and told them this set was not good for me. I have never received a response and want a return label to return it for a full refund. I have purchased other products and have highly recommended Philip B but because of customer service I am hesitant in going forward with this company. I am an Esthetician and frequently am asked about product lines from clients and friends. I have not run into such disregard for customer service like this before. Can someone please call me in regards to my return?
