Do not buy!! The original “original” was awesome!! Then they changed the formula and it is not like the tubes of past-not “tubes” or layerable. Very disappointed. Now I have to find another brand:( I’ve used for 10+ years before this happened

I’ve been using this mascara since the early ‘90s. Recently, the formula changed. I was so disappointed. Yesterday, I bought a new tube and was so happy to see the purple tube! It’s Kiss Me!!! Please don’t ever go back! The only thing that would make it perfect would be if you sold it at Ulta.

I just began using this product. True, it does not smudge, removes easily, and that's great. My lashes, however, have looked longer and thicker with every other brand I have ever used. Even with three coats, I can barely see my lashes with this mascara. For this price, I'd have to say I'm disappointed.

I have had my lashes submerged in water with all sorts of friction…this stuff is awful. And I still can’t get it off. Going to bed looking crazy. Any tips?

I am unfortunately very disappointed. This product is sticky and difficult to apply without staining the eyelid. In addition, when I remove my makeup I notice a lot of eyelash loss... A lost of money for me!

You've changed the formula. The tubes I knew and loved have not even formed with this most recent purchase. It just flakes off. What is up???

I've loved Blinc mascara for years and saw no reason to try anything else. However, you have changed the formula, degrading the product. Originally, I assumed I was confused between the original and the amplified, and kept purchasing new product. But several tubes later, I realized the problem was the mascara, not me. I notice in answers you provided to others, you experienced manufacturing issues, which you state have since been resolved. Question 1) is Blinc original mascara today, March 14, 2021, the same formula as it was, oh let's say 5 years ago? Question 2) if Blinc has resolved their manufacturing problems, how do I identify in stores (Sephora) stock made when Blinc experienced issues versus new, fresh, old-style stock? I do not want to continue to use the trial and error method, aka purchase, return, repeat. I look forward to your reply. Thank you.

Why do you run out of brown mascara so often? I buy it for my daughter and my grand daughters and myself...but find it frustrating that this happens regularly. Must I change to another product?
