About this item
Mute may reduce the effects of nighttime nasal congestion and snoring by allowing more free breathing through the nose. Before removing the product from the package, wash your hands. With the curved arms facing you and the paddles facing up and away from you, hold the bridge. Gently rotate the Mute into your nose by first inserting the curved arms and then tilting the bridge upwards; the device is designed to follow the natural curves inside your nose. The device's arms will wrap up and around the inside of your nostrils once it's inside your nose. By pushing the bridge up towards the tip of your nose, you may need to adjust the product's placement. To achieve the best fit, gently pull or push the paddles with your fingers to expand or contract the paddles, which will activate the ratchet mechanism.
