I ordered this foundation in a fit of retail therapy. Soon I was ordering some for my daughters, too! They’re beautiful, but a good skin care routine helps protect and even out their complexions. One hates the mess of liquid foundation and another is often running late. This product is fast, powerfully high-quality, and helps them take care of their skin. They look well put-together in a moment, which helps their mental health, too.

I'm on day 3 using my new products and I'm just shocked at how beautiful it makes my skin look. I have melasma on my jaw and cheek areas which is super red patchy spotty looking. I also have dry skin which can be extreamly annoying combines with acne prone skin to really seal the horrible skin deal. Im newly 35 and im beginning to see some real signs of aging. Ive tried it all. Making my own beauty products, expensive lines, cheap lines, anything I could get my hands on. With sensative skin, it was just a waste of money with disastrous results each time. It took a toll on on self confidence to be honest and I was losing faith. I'm not an ugly girl... I just needed the right stuff to feel beautiful. With my old makeup, I'd just pile it on and hope for the best. It would look ok at first but would seperste and look awful 3 or 4 hours in. With this makeup, I use the SMALLEST amount ever, and it covers it all. I mean I'm barely using 1/4 of a pea size amount and it's doing the same job as my old full coverage liquid foundation and powder did combined. Not only that but it doesn't irritate my skin and basically feels like I'm wearing nothing at all. Im already seeing improvements in my tone and texture and it's because my skin can finally breath! I was terrified to switch totally over to Bare Minerals but now I'm kind of just kicking myself for not doing this sooner. I'm a convert and I'll tell everyone who will listen! Just look at my pictures, they say it all. Taken the same day, splotches on my face when it's bare, and then flawless skin once I applied my products. And I look natural! Thank you for giving me my beauty back. Truly.

I’ve used Bare Minerals going on about 15 years now. Like the other reviews, the product has changed!! I’ve worn the same color all these years, fairly light. It now has an orangish tint to it. They say the formula has not changed, which may be true. But the foundation shades definitely have! I put it on this morning the took a tissue and gently wiped away the excess to show the color on a white background. I’m blonde hair and blue eyes and have fair skin. This is not the same color as in the past, it is much darker/orange like they mixed the warmth powder in with the foundation. Needless to say, I’m sooooo sadden by this and just outright disappointed. I don’t know what other brand to even look at. When you’ve entrusted a company for so long, it’s somewhat heartbreaking to have to change. However, if they can’t rectify the issue, they leave many of us with no choice.

This was the very first Bare Minerals product I purchased many years ago. I needed a foundation that would work well on my mostly oily/ combination skin. Other foundations would irritate my face or just melt away. I hated the caked on feeling I would get after wearing them for just an hour or so. I love that fact that this foundation has super clean ingredients, contains SPF and keeps the shine at bay all day. I also love that it looks natural and lasts all day. This was the product that launched my interest in the many other fine products from Bare Minerals, that I now use and enjoy.

Since COVID, I have worn less and less makeup, but have uneven skin tones. I was looking for something to even out my skin tones and provide a minimal amount of coverage, but I wasn't looking for full coverage. This product is great. It evens out my skin tone, and provides just the right amount of coverage. My face does not feel cakey or like I have a ton of makeup on. I love it!

I use this every day. It just looks like my normal skin. It makes my skin look glowy and even toned, covers up flaws and redness, and in general just makes me look better. I keep buying an extra one to make sure I don't run out. I use the golden beige because it has a yellow tone that cancels out redness and makes me look a little tan.

I purchased the "Originals starter kit" almost 15 years ago and I have to honestly say it is still my favorite go-to makeup and brand. I love how easy it is to apply and how long it stays on throughout the day to how long the product will last you. There are so many colors and the shade is buildable and yet light enough to wear through summer and winter with adding a bit of extra color/bronzer making it look beautiful in so many extra ways. It makes your skin look powerless, especially when paired with the primer and topped with the Mineral Powder. With everything Bare Minerals as a brand stands for and as a company (such as: Vegan, Cruelty-Free, Non-comedogenic, etc.) I stand for any company that does it right, and offers the vast array and dermatologist recommended products. I have sensitive skin and this has not once irritated my skin, yet it's strong enough to cover blemishes and create a gorgeous illuminating look that will make anyone feel beautiful!

Let me just start by saying that I've always heard great things about bareMineral products but never really bought into the hype. However, after using this product for 2 months and seeing the difference in my skin I am in full-on hype mode! Not only does this foundation powder cover and wear well it has most definitely improved the overall appearance of my skin. My complexion is more even, brighter, and more free of breakouts. I wouldn't have believed that a makeup product could actually improve my bare skin until I saw it for myself but take my word for it. This stuff works!

I used this throughout my youth, but now that I'm entering my late 30s, it no longer works for me. It looks far too shimmery on me. I'm now the biggest fan of the Original MATTE loose power!!!
