Best lip primer I've tried

I've been on the hunt for the perfect lip primer for quite a while now. THIS IS IT! It kept my lipstick in place and kept my lips moisturized all night after going to a dinner party! I used an ABH tube lipstick not a liquid lipstick. I haven't tried it with liquid lipsticks yet but I'm sure it'll be great!

Doesn't Help Color Last

I've heard a lot of good things about this lip primer and I really wanted to love it! I bought this product to help make my lip color last longer- it goes on smoothly and makes my lips feel hydrated but it does nothing to make my color last. The color fades just as fast. It works more like a chapstick then anything else.
