I should have gotten a shade darker (I chose blonde) but the 2-part process - pencil- then sponge help shape brows easily. Then I put a dusting of darker eyebrow powder that I already had to darken just a tad. Glad I purchased.

I purchased the black shade and I should have gotten dark brown instead;however, I love the powder to fill in my brows. I don't necessarily use the pencil as it is too dark, but I would definitely buy this again!

I love this eyebrow tool! The powder is strong so I usually just use a light dab on the biggest part of my brow closest to my nose (because that's where my eyebrow hairs are the most sparse). Then I use the brush to gently spread the powder, followed by the pencil to thicken, smooth, and elongate the lines towards the outside. I don't understand those that say this doesn't last long. I think I've used the same tool daily for over 6 months, maybe longer! I agree with others who say this is particularly good for blondes. I'm naturally brunette and have been slowly dying my hair lighter for a year. 07 Taupe is good for medium to dark blondes or any blonde who has a darker base around the roots. 01 Blonde is perfect for true blondes with light roots. My eyebrows are still dark brunette because I don't dye them, so the 01 Blonde helps fill them in for a fuller look while softening the contrast between my brows and hair. I highly recommend it!

I started using this product a couple of years ago. As I got older I needed something to emphasize my eyebrows because the color was fading. I tried this product and liked it.The pencil part is the perfect shape for contouring the eyebrow while the powder fills in where it is needed. I have tried cheaper products because I wanted to save on money when I retired, but I came back to this product because the other products weren't as good.

I love this little fellow! Honestly, it works prefect for me. As a cancer survivor, I had the misfortune of losing my eyebrows. Very gradually they have grown back, but one side is a lot weaker. Also, age has decided to color my brows, much to my dismay. This pencil has done a wonderful job in filling my weak brow and toned down the gray providing a more naturally looking appearance...I'm a blonde. It's really easy to manage and I can elect to give the brows a richer definition by using the powdered end.

As an older woman with thinning eyebrows, I like the 3-in-1 concept of outlining then filling in with the powder sponge. I do think the sponger needs to be thinner so you can put the powder where you want it, especially toward the end of the eyebrow.

I bought this product as recommended by the consultant.I was excited to receive my products as I just started using Estee Lauder makeup. The color was right on point for me, however I was dissapointed with this product as the pencil does not tint properly. It is very dry and does not color unless I press it a bit too much. The powder is okay but the tip of the brush a bit thick.

I have tried what seems like a 100 brow products that are not too dark, red or light. This is the best match I have gotten any where. My only complaint is it doesn't last long enough for the money.
