I use lots of EL products but this one is new to me & I love it. I dab it on my skin around 5 points then use my fingers to massage it in. I can feel the balm working as it lifts all of my makeup as it melts, including eyeshadow, eye liner and mascara. I then use a soft terry towel to wipe off and I don't see a trace of make up left behind. I always cleanse afterwards but tested this by drying my face dry on a white towel and nothing is left on the towel. I have had so many make up removers where I would never use a white towel to dry my face but this one takes the prize.

I've been using this nightly for a little over a month and can really see the difference. A little goes a long way and this can even be used over eye lids. Will definitely be buying more when this one runs out.

I have combination skin, T zone. My skin gets dry during winter months, especially on my cheeks. This cleanser is perfect for my skin. It melts on your hand, when you use a little water, and leaves your skin soft and not dry and stripped. I have been using this all week and noticed that it isn't dry and my face feels "normal", soft. Even plump.

I love this cleansing balm. It is the perfect antidote for dry skin and my skin is lovely in the morning with no dryness as I live on the Prairies and in the winter, my skin can never get enough moisture! Total fan now of this way to cleanse!

Have used this product for a few weeks now and love it. Emulsified on skin right away and add a little warm water to create a bit of a lather… then remove with a warm wash cloth. I have combination skin … 72 years old.
