Near year ago my husband bought this cream. I was so happy, and then I was really disappointed when I got biggest allergy in my life. I had very dry, red and itchy zone under my eyes. I like the most products of Estee Lauder, but this... I never to buy this cream again. Really sorry about this.

This cream caused a severe reaction around my eyes as it has for many others who gave it one star. How many people need to damage their faces before this product is recalled? I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered this. I have a dry, itchy rash around my eyes that has not gone away even a week after I stopped using the product. I'm going to need to see a doctor to get rid of it, apparently. The skin around my eyes is completely swollen as well. Estee Lauder did refund my money for the product, but I almost think they should be compensating people for destroying our faces, or at least pay for the doctor bills. Above all, stop selling this product to people before you cause permanent damage.

Warning, the new formula may cause chemical burns under your eye.

I used Advanced Night Repair eye many years ago and had no problems with the old formula. I am healthy and do not have any allergies or sensitive skin. I did not use any other products that could have interacted to cause a reaction. Something in the new formula is dangerous, causing extreme drying, swelling, and a burn under my eyes. See pictures.

Please google search estee lauder advanced night repair eye burn. I'm not the only one to experience it. Other Estee Lauder products are excellent and high quality—this is the first time I've ever experienced an issue with any of their products. I hope they revert to the trusted old formula.

I've been using Estee Lauder products for 20 years. I have received the night repair eye product in gift bags. Last year I noticed that after applying product my skin burned. The next day under my eyes was red and puffy, almost looked like a blister. I went to the dermatologist, an eye doctor. I stopped using the product for a year. I figured maybe it was a fluke and started using again the other night. Well it must be the product because it happened again! My eyes look horrible! I threw out the product and am now trying to figure out how to get rid of the swelling. Will never use again....very disappointed.

I really gave this product a chance, I wanted to like it due to all the good reviews, but unfortunately every time I use it I woke up the next day with red puffy eyes and mild burn marks. At first I thought it was because I was combing it with other products, but even when I use it alone, it still gave me burns. Now I have wait for my eyes to hopefully heal. Please use this product with caution.

I was definitely skeptical about using this product because i have oily skin under my eyes. This product is wonderful. The dark circles and puffy bags are gone and my under eye skin feels firmer than before. I will continue to use this product as a part of my day/night routine.
