How to use

To start, choose a concealer shade that matches your foundation or is one shade lighter.
-For best results, Estée Lauder recommends applying concealer after applying your foundation.
-Use Double Wear Concealer with Concealer Brush 5 (sold separately).
-Swipe concealer onto the back of your hand, then with the brush smooth on over the desired area.
-Blend well.
Targeted Concealing Techniques:
-For darkness around eyes, go with a slightly lighter shade than your foundation.
-For puffiness, slightly darker.
-For uneven skintone, wear the same exact shade as your foundation.

Waste of money

Used once and threw in the bin. Too thick for an under eye concealer, too thin for a blemish concealer. Complete waste of money.

the only concealer for me

I've had dark circles under my eyes since I was a teenager (I'm now in my 60s). This is the only concealer that really works for me and even if I'm using drugstore foundation and other makeup, I only use Estee Lauder double-wear concealer. I now add a small dab of eye cream before putting it on; pat the concealer on and let it dry a few seconds, before gently blending in. I recommend going lighter if you're torn between 2 shades/tints.

Double Wear Concealer

This is the best concealer that I've ever used to date. I am in my 50's and this covers up those under eye imperfections perfectly. I let the serum soak in a bit before applying the concealer. This doesn't create any creases either. I highly recommend especially for people who have dryness under their eyes.

Staple in my makeup bag

(I am an EList loyalty member) I have hyperpigmentation and I have found that after applying my Estee Lauder foundation as a base, I use this as a touch up on spots and to even out my skin tone. It also is great under the eyes as it brightens. Today, I was at the dermatologist and was asking about my hyperpigmentation and the doctor asked if I had make-up on! I feel it is goes on smoothly and has good coverage, but is quite unnoticeable. It has a very natural look and keeps me looking younger. That is what keeps this product in my makeup bag for 10+ years!

This foundation is really for every skin tone. I had an EL associate at a mall color match me and not only was the associate extremely knowledgeable but the color match is perfect. This has all day staying power. Never creases. And lightweight. It never feels cakey or heavy.
