What's with the hard plastic bottle?

The product itself is very good for itchy scalp, but why in the world would you use a hard plastic bottle? I can't squeeze the bottle so I haven't to take off the easy-pour cap and try to get the shampoo to flow out of it. What a hassle. The person who made the decision and ordered these bottles should be fired!! Apparently they didn't use their brain on this one!

Really works, make the purchase

Use for psoriasis and it works really well within 1-2 uses. For me, much better than tar based out other products...highly recommend for scalp itch and other symptoms.

Eliminated my dandruff!

After trying drugstore dandruff shampoos that only half worked, I decided to spring for this (I had hesitated due to price at first). WOW, it's a life changer! Not only has it eliminated my itchy, flaky problems, my scalp feels soothed and my hair has more volume. I'm totally sold on this!!!

Itchy, tenderness, irritation GONE

I was skeptical at first and didn't think it would work. I used it the night I bought it, and it made my scalp feel so nice, cool, and soothed. Every once in a while my scalp seems to get into a funk where it's super otchy and irritated. My regular Dove shampoo was not cutting it anymore so I decided to look for a cleaner shampoo with better ingredients. After one use, it worked. I'm so happy to have found a relief. Itchy and achy/sensitive scalp is NO joke! I just hope it continues to keep working.

I may look into the conditioner, as well!

If you have thin/fine hair avoid this!!

This shampoo/conditioner combo is not for me! My spouse and I have very thin/fine hair and it made our hair feel so greasy. It looks like we haven't showered in days. I tried using less product, but received the same results. I will say my scalp is not inflamed, but I feel DIRTY. It doesn't foam when you wash, it just leaves you feeling like you stuck your head in oil.
