It leaves whites specs over my face instead of fully absorbing in. I won’t use it if I’m going out in public because it makes my skin look very flaky.

Wanted to like this so badly as it ticked all my boxes, mineral sunscreen, clean formula and blue light protection. But what a disappointment. This pills so badly and I’ve tried so many different ways to apply it but nope. Either it pills during application or it pills once everything is dried down. And to the responses I’ve read as to the reason for the pilling, it’s not the user, it’s the product. Also in the Q&A I saw Coola’s response to the pilling: “apply product sparingly” then what is the point of using an SPF? Won’t be buying again.

I have been looking for a "clean" and natural daily moisturizer plus SPF 30 and this one fit the bill. I've been dealing with oily skin in my T-zone, especially during hot weather months, since my early teens. I'm now 50. :-) The cream feels like a light moisturizer and doesn't finish shiny which I very much appreciate. I spread it on evenly blending lightly with my fingers. I'm not going to lie, it does start to pill a little when almost fully blended. However, not a problem. At that point, I use a wedge sponge to lightly blend in fully which helps mitigate any pilling as mentioned in other reviews. Voila! No white cast and no shine. Just silky soft skin that's protected! Full disclosure, I haven't yet used the cream under make up however I think that it will be fine. Additionally, not a huge fan of the dispenser. Rather have an open top container so that I know for certain that I used every last drop of product. Truth be told, $42 is pretty pricey for the amount of product you receive, especially if using it daily. Luckily I found mine at Marshall's for less.

This review has to do with the packaging. I thought I ran out of this product quickly but when I opened up the top (which I had to do with a knife) there was still half a jar of product left. The push top couldn’t reach the rest. I’d rather just have a jar of this. The top also had dried product on it unless you cleaned it off each use. I really like the way the face cream feels and works.
