So disappointed
I have used this cream for years. When I ran out a few months ago, I purchased another jar locally. It didn’t smell right (it didn’t smell good at all), and felt greasy. So, I just purchased two jars directly from Burt’s Bees to make sure I didn’t get another defective jar. I was SO excited when the box arrived today. I opened it immediately, only to find out that the hand cream did not smell pleasant and it was really greasy. I am very disappointed.

Almond hand cream
Burt's almond hand cream I believe to be the best I've used for my problem dry skin. Now in my 70s the old hands get dry and colder when they're dry. I put this on and massage it in, put my gloves on and voila, hours later they feel and look like they're ready to go back to work!

What Happened
What has happened to my favorite hand cream? I thought I had bought an old jar that had gone bad. The new formula smells terrible and and doesn’t absorb into the skin. Please bring back the old formula. It was the best.

I love this hand cream!
Never tried any of your hand creams, and I ended up buying this as a stocking stuffer for someone this Christmas. After opening and trying it, I immediately set out to get my own. I love the smell and moisture relief it gives to my hands. I came to check your website for any similar products I may want to try next, but I may end up staying with this. My hands get very dry due to my work, so this is a lifesaver for me! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone!

Best for dry feet
I really love this cream for my very dry feet. I've never had any issues with this cream regarding staining or too oily but again I use it on my feet. My only issue is that it isn't sealed or in a box when purchasing and on multiple occasions I've bought a jar and someone has already "tested" it. I do miss the almond scent.

You say you change formulations based on customer feedback. But there are so many of us that really hate the new feel and smell of your new Almond Milk Hand Cream formula. Why are you not really listening and fixing the problem you’ve caused? It used to be my favorite.

So oily, I thought my jar was expired!
I came here to read reviews after purchasing this cream for the first time. I now know it's not me or that my cream is expired- it's just EXTREMELY oily, which I can't stand! It doesn't absorb into my skin and stains anything it touches. I even took all the cream out and mixed it up thinking the oils just settled on top, but that didn't help at all. I love Burt's Bees products and will continue to use other things, but I won't be buying this ever again. I'm leary of buying any lotion from them now to be honest.. I wasted $11.00 because I can't even use this. Sounds like the old formula was amazing, so if they go back to that, maybe I'll try it again.
