Use it under foundation or on its own for a sheer coverage and luminous glow. Watercress extract brightens your skin by actively blocking melanin production. Vitamin B3 evens out skin tone and brightens complexion by helping to reduce pigmentation. Olive extract plumps and moisturizes for supple, more elastic skin. Chlorella is a green algae extract that stimulates even pigment distribution across the skin to even out skin tone. I absolutely LOVE this product! I have really picky, sensitive skin and have an extremely dry patch of skin between between my eyes and when I apply makeup it looks so flaky. I have tried everything to eliminate that but nothing worked until I tried the Youth Glow Primer. My skin looks so smooth and is no longer flaky and peeling when I apply my makeup.
