This product really does work! It’s nice for an after workout,after shower lotion giving you that tight firm feel within a few days! It smells like coco butter honestly and leaves your skin feeling smooth! Definitely recommend!

This is a neat little product. While I wouldn’t think that this would ever make a notable difference in my abs as a whole, I do see that it works as advertised. This product has a great peppermint smell. While reminiscent of muscle pain reliever scents, this is more mild and fresh. The product is a gel that quickly absorbs leaving a slight tackiness. This product is most useful for those that do core work. I like the idea of using this after a workout. Feeling the slight tingle and coolness coolness from the peppermint, the cellulite reducing, fascia blasting, and lactic acid dispersing results of the massage head, and the quality ingredients will make you feel good about your workout and enhance your results. I honestly love Bliss products. I use their face serums regularly. However, I’m skeptical about this one. Has a nice, light scent. Isn’t too sticky like most gels. But, I’m not sure I’ve seen a difference “core-firming” wise. It’s a little pricey to take a risk on.

Saw a slight difference with skin firming, mostly designed for people who have lost weight & need help tightening the skin in that area. For the price it was worth trying!
