I just got this in my boxycharm box and was so excited to have some fresh eyeliner to wear for my brothers wedding! I went to put it on and literally got like half an eye done and it wouldn't even work anymore, I was so sad!

Just bought this at Ulta and the cap must have come loose in my make up drawer and completely useless now. Very disappointing... please let me know if this are tips or tricks to re-activate?

I have been buying this eye liner for years and it's amazing. However, over the last few months, I have gone through 3 in less than 3 months because the top pops off even though you think you had it closed. After reading the reviews, apparently I am not alone. Smashbox, fix this!!! I can't keep buying eye liner that may only last a week before I have to throw it out.

The product is amazing but the container renders the product completely useless.

I bought this about a month ago at my local Ulta, and was so satisfied with the formula! As summer has been getting hotter my wings have started to melt and need re-applied maybe once. At some point the Cap popped off in my makeup bag and now my brand new pen that's been used less than 10 times is completely dried out. As I have been trying to rewet the tip the red from printed part on the bottle has rubbed all over my hands and they are stained red. I'm so upset, I do like the product, but I do not usually spend this much on liner and it's packaging is far worse than the cheap stuff that is still in my bag. Will not be trying this brands eyeliner again unless the packaging/lid is fixed.

I love this eyeliner. It's the only thing that won't melt on my super oily eyelids. Been using it for years. Now, that they've changed the packaging, the cap is driving me crazy. It's hard to tell that the cap is closed all the way because the shape of the cap is slanted. I accidentally didn't close the cap all the way twice which caused the liner to dry out - sometimes it happens when you're in a rush but I never had this problem with the old packaging. Please change it. I hate forking out $20+ dollars each time it dries out.

The top came loose in my drawer and dried out after only one use. I have worn the Limitless Eye Liner for years and loved it! So disappointed you changed the design. PLEASE BRING THE LIMITLESS EYE LINER BACK with the normal top!!!

This was my favorite liquid liner for years. With it, I created the perfect winged eye. However, something has changed for the WORST. I noticed that this liner dries significantly fast. I continued to purchase multiple, only to realize it would be dry and useless, even with minimum usage. By useless, I mean that I could not make the winged liner because the "ink" or liquid was hardly existent---much like a pen that can no longer write. In fact, I opened a brand new one yesterday and today it no longer works. This is extremely disappointing. However, after many purchases with the same disappointing result, I have decided to experiment with other brands to find my next favorite liquid liner. I am sad about abandoning this liquid liner, but something has gone wrong. I hope that Smashbox will look into this.

I have bought this eyeliner for YEARS with auto-delivery, and it was the only one I could ever find that stayed on all day long. The last eyeliner I received would smear off on top of my eyelid within 15 minutes of wearing it. So I contacted customer service, and they sent me another one for free. Same problem. I wore it all day long on a Saturday, and by the end of the night there was barely any left and I looked like I had two black eyes. The attached picture is after wearing it for only a few hours.

If you're looking for a good black liquid liner, I would suggest getting NYX Epic Ink Liner. I bought this for like $8 at Walgreen's and it works great.

I am so irritated about this eyeliner because it used to be my favorite. Either the quality or something changed, and it's terrible now.
