My wife and I both wear incontinence products, she wears 24/7 and I wear at night. She uses these Always products and I use Depends Night Defense for men. We order our products online and with the shipping delays I ran out of my depends and wore her Always for a couple nights and they were the best product I have used, they hold much more and leak less and feel much better. I would love Always to come out with a mens version of these.

I was a dedicated long-time user of the old Always. I was shocked and surprised to see the new version. Clearly changes made not to improve the product, but for cost cutting (despite the marketing spin put on it). Now no better than any generic product. No longer even claims to be rapid dry or odor lock. Consider myself one more lost customer.

My husband bought the new pink ones. I’m allergic to red 40. Your ingredient information does not include what makes them pink. I quit using 2 different pink underwear from different brands because I broke out. I’m trying the new pink, however I would like to know what color is used.

I’ve been using these since I gave birth over 4 years ago. They were awesome. Now I get a new package with the pink ones and they are horrible. The pad is significantly smaller. I absolutely do not trust this to keep me dry. Why change something that was great?!?! I’m going to have to look into other products now. This is very depressing.

I have always bought this product and loved it until you made the change to the pinkish one! Never again will I buy! The change just ruined your product! The white one was much more absorbent, comfortable better fit and no smell! Please consider changing back to the original white one if you want to keep loyal customers.

Why, oh why, did you change these? The pink underwear are definitely inferior to the white ones, as many people have pointed out. Your general response has been "give us a call". I don't see what that will accomplish, though perhaps you can refer us to a better brand. Please consider the pink underwear to be a failed experiment and return to the white version. Surely you can see that you are losing customers!

I’ve been buying this discreet underwear for four years now and it used to be white and very good quality. The last few times I’ve ordered it I expected the white ones and now they’ve changed to this awful color of pink and the quality has gone way way down. They should change the name from always to never because I’m never buying this product again ever. I’ve been buying the white ones for a long time and loved them, the last ones I bought are pink, I don’t like them, they aren’t nearly as absorbent as the white ones, they don’t seem to have the core that turns gel like for absorption, and they have a bad odor.

The old white ones were great, but the new slightly pink ones are not as good. They're thinner and a lot of the ones in my pack are ripped on the top back part where the absorbent stuff is, so it could fall out. The absorbent part also doesn't come up as much in the front, which was helpful to me as I tend to sleep on my stomach. They do seem a bit smaller in size small, which is nice since I'm kind of a small person and the older ones were a tad big.
