I love it so much. Always is one of my favorite brand. Always Discreet Moderate Long Pads is really good. It is easy to use, long enough and absorb perfectly. I dont feel uncomfortable using the pads. So comfortable as nothing because they absolutely absorb quickly abd make the surface dry and sweep - that what I really need.

These worked well and are highly absorbent but discrete. I have recommended them to a friend with some incontinence issues and she's has success. I've also used as period panty liners and they've worked well. Would recommend.

After having 3 kiddos naturally my body definitely changed. The biggest was having bladder leaks especially when I laughed, coughed or simply sneezing. These leakage pads definitely helped keeping me dry throughout the day and were comfortable enough…just wish that had wings which would have made them better to stay in place.

I use incontinence items because I can’t hold my urine and these held small leaks, but not an entire session. It leaked onto my clothes through the back when I could not hold my urine and I had to go. I usually use disposable underwear because of that. But I received a complimentary voxbox of these and tried them out. I would recommend for small leaks when laughing, but not if you cannot hold your urine at all. The extra long gave sufficient coverage in the underwear for minor leaks.

I haven't thought about using this product before but I liked how long this was especially when I'm on the bigger side. I barely felt them when wearing them which is good. I definitely recommend this product.
