How to use

I love Dermalogica EXCEPT this product

I've never had a bad thing to say about any Dermalogica product, I have loved everything I have ever used. The phyto-nature firming serum has been a very different and expensive experience. I had to return and get a new bottle because the product pump was only working on one side. I kept waiting to love this product but, it did nothing for my skin and the pump on the second bottle clogged after a bit. At a price point of $145 I would expect to see/feel something with my skin that was advertised. My skin looked like it was peeling by the end of the day. No firming or hydration. There are MANY wonderful products at Dermalogica but I would skip this one. I did give it one star because it smells good.

Amazing serum

This serum is amazing! My skin felt firmer immediately. It goes on a bit thick but absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a filmy feeling on your face. The smell isn't fabulous but doesn't linger either so is well worth it as far as results go.

Love it!!! Makes the skin incredibly soft. I haven’t yet noticed the firming effect but only recently purchased it. My one complaint is the price. It’s not a product that would be sustainable for me.

Its expensive BUT I LOVE IT

It leaves me looking SO radiant and glowing afterwards. Its my favorite part of my skin routine to be honest. And it smells really nice. It's really expensive, yes. $145 is alot of money, but here I am buying it again for the 2nd time.

Good results, inadequate dispenser.

Initially the Phyto-Nature Firming Serum dispensed without problem and gave me good results. I did notice my skin feeling more firm and also hydrated. I've been using a number of Dermalogica products for over 20 years and was anxious to see the benefits of this serum. However, after two weeks I had the same problem as others, in that one side of the pump stopped dispensing. I tried storing it upside-down, on its side, and also setting it on the counter to used the pump thinking one good pump would help it dispense evenly, to no avail. I ended up returning the product for a refund. I suppose the solution to this problem is to design a dispenser with two separate pumps and buttons for each part of the serum. I would be interested in trying the product again when the dispensing problem is solved. Until then, I am staying with Dynamic Skin Recovery as my daily moisturizer. It has been my favorite for nearly a decade and still works beautifully to make my skin radiant while protecting it.

Great product when You can get both sides to come out. My skin looks nice and firm after a few uses. My dispenser also broke very easily and spilled everywhere so huge waste of a very expensive product.
