A customer for life!

I have thick, coarse curls, and find that the lightweight conditioner distributes easier than the thicker heavy conditioner. I've used both, and both are great, but the lightweight is easier for me to really work through my hair. It leaves my hair moisturized, soft, and juicy! I absolutely love it! My hair absolutely loves it! I'm a customer for life!

Holy Grail

This conditioner became an instant holy grail item upon first use! A little does in fact go a long way and the amount of slip this provides is wild. Hair feels amazing and never weighed down. I don't know the science of the ingredients but it is unlike any high end conditioner I have ever used and I have used them all. Hydration and shine are on 100 after using this conditioner. I will never be without this product. Like never!

Packaging issue

The conditioner is wonderful, but I give this three stars because EVERYTIME I get it in the mail, there’s about 20% of it, that spills onto the packaging. I complained about this and they sent me a free conditioner; and that one spilled as well. If it close the bottle tightly, I can’t see how it would spill. And I find hard to believe that it’s being closed properly when it’s packed and delivered to me. It’s annoying that I lose some of the product every time I get a new bottle. I love the product line, but this packaging issue seriously making me consider switching to another brand.
