My first bottle wouldn’t spray no matter how many pumps I gave it. I tried to return it and customer service made the process extremely difficult. I had to answer the same questions over and over and after several exchanges this way, they finally decided they would let me return it. They sent out a replacement, even though I was told it would be refunded. That was fine, I really did want to try the product. All of that and the product is meh. I agree with others who feel it has a chemical smell. I wouldn’t recommend it and frankly I was shocked at the difficult and poor customer service. It’s kind of turned me off of the brand. When you’re spending these prices, I just expected friendlier and easier service. I’ve purchased multiple products and never had an issue, but once I did…the experience has left me disappointed to say the least. Please do better Chantecaille.

I bought this thinking the smell would be more orangy, more uplifting. I'm still not quite sure of the skin benefit from it but I do keep it in the refrigerator and it does feel refreshing. I have noticed my face feels soft throughout the day after using this.

I keep mine in the refrigerator and squirt myself 3-5 times a day. I love it and the smell in amazing!!

I don't love this as much as the pure rosewater, but it does a good job at hydrating and refreshing my face.

I sonwanted to love this product as I’ve never had a Chantecaille product failure. I think my bottle was bad as it had a strong chemical smell (maybe something with the metal bottle?). Customer Service offered me a generous replacement option. They are the best in the industry!

I wholeheartedly agree with Sofia R. I will stick with the Rosewater. Sorry that I purchased.

I didn't know what to expect of an Orange Flower scent, but was drawn in by the bottle and possibilities of a citrus facial mist that I would love as much as the Rosewater. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved the scent of this; it put me in mind of island vacations that I've taken with the citrus and blooms moving through the breeze. I spray this and just take a minute to inhale and enjoy. I absolutely bought a second bottle for my return to the office!
