The Velour Puff was created by Laura Mercier to be used to apply the iconic Translucent Loose Setting Powder to create a soft-focus, matte finish. It easily conforms to the contours of your face to set the powder for lasting wear. The Velour Puff can be washed with mild soap or machine washed in a lingerie bag. The Translucent Loose Setting Powder is sold separately.
