HOLY GRAIL

This is the best cleanser for my face! I’ve tried the one they make for the face and it’s not as good. I’ve been using this since I started using skincare at 13 so it’s been a good couple of years with this product.

So disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the new version. I have used the old version for over 5 years and it’s the ONLY face wash my super sensitive face could tolerate. Why was it changed??! Why couldn’t this new version have been just an additional facial cleanser option and still kept the old version on shelves as well?? Please bring back the old version!

I'm Disappointed
Please bring back the old formula

I have highly sensitive skin and have used Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser for 20+ years. It was wonderful and I never had any reaction to it. However, the new formula with Lanolin feels like I'm washing my face with vegetable shortening and it has a medicinal smell. Please bring back the old formula or at least produce the old and new for those of us who really depend on it.

I have used this for years and am so unhappy with the new formula. I don’t like the smell and it feels sticky after rinsing. Please bring back original. It was the best!

So Bomb!

I love how gentle this cleanser is but it gets the job done. This cleanser left my face looking renewed and glowing. It wasn’t harsh, did not cause redness, and did not dry my skin out. This will be my new. “Go to” or everyday cleanser.

Why is the New & Improved version just watery? I've used this for 10+ years and the new stuff just sucks. I pump out the product and it literally just drips out of my hand. Bring back the old formula. Please!
